MONROVIA, Liberia — Ducor Terminals has opened applications for a structured skills and apprenticeship programme for Liberian equipment technicians, ship planners and HSE officers, in partnership with local technical institutions.

The programme combines classroom instruction with supervised on-terminal experience across crane and equipment maintenance, vessel and yard planning, and health, safety and environment practice. Successful graduates will be considered for permanent roles as the terminal grows.

“A modern terminal is built on skilled people,” said the Human Resources Director. “We are committed to developing Liberian talent for the long term — not just filling today's roles, but building the profession.”

Application details and eligibility criteria are published on the Careers page. Ducor Terminals is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages applications from women and candidates from all counties.
