Terminal completes ISPS recertification with zero findings

MONROVIA, Liberia — Ducor Terminals has successfully completed recertification under the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, with the independent assessment closing without a single finding or corrective action.
The audit covered access control and credentialing, perimeter integrity, cargo and vessel interface procedures, CCTV and monitoring coverage, and incident response drills conducted jointly with port security authorities.
“Security is the foundation everything else stands on,” said the terminal's HSE and Security Manager. “A zero-finding result reflects the daily discipline of our teams and our close cooperation with the national authorities.”
The recertification assures shipping lines, insurers and cargo owners that the terminal maintains the security standards required for uninterrupted international trade.
